Processing and Delivery Time
Most of our products are customized and made to order. As a result, it can take up to 10 working days for your order to be processed and delivered
Shipping Guidelines
- Customers must provide the correct details of the recipient's name, complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number to ensure hassle-free delivery.
- Customers are expected to cooperate with the courier agent to ensure smooth and safe delivery.
- At the time of delivery, the recipient may be required to provide any of the following ID proofs to collect the product, if requested by the courier agent:
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Voter ID
- Aadhaar Card
- Customers must reject the package if it is found to be tampered with and report it to us immediately through phone or email.
- Customers are advised to record the unboxing of the shipment to ensure that any issues can be addressed promptly.
- Our logistics partner will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver the product if the recipient is not available at the address during the courier agent's visit. If the recipient is not reachable/available after these 3 attempts, the product will be returned to us.
- PAN Card is mandatory if the invoice value is greater than 2 lakhs.
