Return Policy

At Adorn Silver, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. Most of our artefacts, jewelleries and coins are handcrafted by traditional artisans, resulting in each piece being unique and slightly different from others.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your product is damaged, defected or if you have received the incorrect product. If your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, you may return it exactly as received (unworn, with original packaging).

5 STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN

  1. Notify Us: Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of the order. Email us at contactus@adornsilver.co.
  2. Send Photographs: Before we arrange for the return of the damaged/incorrect product, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. The approval of the return is at the discretion of the Adorn Silver QC team.
  3. Return Window: Products can be returned within 14 days from the time of receipt of goods at the customer’s end, only if the goods are found in damaged or defective condition. No exchanges are allowed in other cases.
  4. Collection Arrangement: Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorised the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
  5. Replacement or Refund: Adorn Silver will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the products to the payment method used. We will refund the purchase price of the product and the shipping price. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging with the labels intact.

Please note: We are not liable for any returns that were not notified to us within 3 business days of product receipt.

As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been processed online at the time of purchase, we will provide a refund to your account via our respective Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit (Non-delivery of the parcel needs to be reported within 15 days from the date of the order).
  • In case Adorn Silver discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor colour and design variations. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  • If the product is not faulty or damaged.
  • Custom Orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
